Updated Covid-19 guidance for the industry and those moving home
Guidance for landlords, tenants and local authorities in the private and social rented sectors in the context of Coronavirus has been updated, along with the advice offered to landlords and tenants in the PRS in relation to the possession action process in the county courts in England and Wales.
The advice has been updated after the government axed Plan B measures in England in response to the reduced risks of the Omicron variant.
